Porta potty is pristine (never been used), hot water heater works (sometimes cranky to start; outside shower works. Sink works well, is deep and has a swivel faucet. Stove works well. Cantilever is off kilter but can still raise & lower sink stove. Catches on counter so counter corners cracked off and molding is coming off. Table in OK condition. Table when down makes a single bed. Cushions in OK condition. Drawers slide well but are scratched in places. Front pulls out into a queen bed; mattress is in fair condition. Back Pulls out to a double bed. Screen door works OK (sometimes hard to get all the clips fastened). Fold-out door step-side is good. Storage bin under door contains crank, propane tank holders, lug wrench. Heater (not sure if it works; didn't use), Refrigerator doesn't work. Sun awning blew off so separate, no longer attached. inside curtains have many holes. Door side screening has major hole patched with duct tape. Hard top roof has some dimples & one small hole patched with duct tape (Did not leak the last time consignor used it) . Canvas is separating from hard top". Stakes for pullouts on one side seem short, has a musty odor.
